ANAA is the agency responsible for the quality and promotion of agricultural and agri-food products in the region Aquitaine. ANAA will be present at the PLMA fair and will bring together 6 food producers from their region to the Trade & Press Dinner of May 19th.

A cacao milk-based drink created in 1954 in Bordeaux. Throughout France, available in about 70% of all on trade establishments.
FROMACOEUR (TERRA LACTA)

High-end manufacturer of products made from cow’s or goat’s milk such as cheese pearls, mini cheese rolls, stuffed peppers. Perfect for appetizers.
